Membership Agreement Policy for Beauty College of India (BCI)
Agreement Term:
This agreement is valid for a period of one year from the date of signing, subject to renewal upon mutual consent.
1. Online Platform Access
As part of this agreement, BCI provides members with access to an online platform. This platform is designed to promote their work as educators, showcasing their expertise and services related to hair, beauty, and makeup.
2. Business Growth Opportunities
Members will have the opportunity to grow their businesses under the BCI brand. Through access to a wide network of students and professionals, members may benefit from enhanced visibility and brand recognition.
3. E-Certificates for Members’ Students
BCI will issue electronic certificates (e-certificates) to students enrolled through its members. These certificates will validate their training and completion of courses under BCI, subject to the applicable course requirements.
4. Yearly Online Educational Classes
BCI will organize and provide yearly online educational classes covering various aspects of makeup, hairstyling, and related fields. These classes will be conducted by industry educators, helping members and their students access updated knowledge and training.
5. Earnings from New Memberships and Student Enrollment
Members may be eligible to earn revenue by enrolling new students and referring new members to the BCI network. The terms for revenue-sharing, referral incentives, and commissions will be defined in a separate financial document.
6. ISO-Certified Certificates
Certificates issued by BCI to students will be described as ISO-certified only where the relevant certification requirements are met and the claim is properly supported by applicable documentation.
7. No Refund Policy
Members acknowledge the stated no-refund policy. Payments made for membership fees, student enrollment, and other services provided by BCI are non-refundable, subject to applicable laws and any legally required exceptions.
8. Online Classes by Industry Educators
Members and their students will have access to online classes conducted by BCI educators. These classes will cover advanced techniques and trends in the beauty and makeup industry, supporting ongoing education and professional development.
9. Renewal and Termination
At the end of the one-year term, this agreement may be renewed upon mutual consent. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice, subject to outstanding obligations and applicable legal requirements.
10. Rights to Educational and Training Videos
BCI may use artists’ videos, educational videos, and test or assessment videos created or submitted in connection with its programs, subject to applicable intellectual property rights, permissions, and consent requirements. BCI may share such videos on its official social media platforms and other promotional channels in accordance with applicable law and agreed terms.
11. Online Payment Policy
All payments relating to membership fees, student enrollment, and other BCI services must be made through the officially authorized online payment methods specified by BCI. Cash payments are not accepted. BCI shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals or through unofficial channels. Members should retain transaction receipts and payment confirmations for their records.
